At The Customized Packaging LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are fully customized according to each client’s specifications, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail policies. Please review the following terms carefully.


1. Nature of Custom Products

All products offered by The Customized Packaging LLC are made-to-order and customized based on the design, size, material, printing, and specifications provided by the customer. Because of this customization:

  • Products cannot be resold to other customers.

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect specifications provided by the customer, or subjective preferences.

  • Returns and refunds are only approved in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or mistakes caused by our production team.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • Manufacturing defects such as structural damage or incorrect assembly.

  • Printing errors including incorrect artwork, colors, or logos not matching approved proof.

  • Incorrect size, material, or finishing different from the approved order.

  • Wrong product delivered.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Customer-provided design errors or spelling mistakes approved before production.

  • Slight variations in color due to printing processes (within industry tolerance).

  • Minor dimensional differences due to manufacturing tolerances.

  • Change of mind after order approval or production.

  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.


3. Return and Refund Request Timeframe

All claims must be submitted within:

7 days of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.


4. Proof Required for Claims

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect or issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos of packaging and shipping labels

Our quality assurance team will review the claim and determine eligibility.


5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement

  • Free reprinting and replacement of defective products

  • Same specifications as the original order

Partial Refund

  • Provided when replacement is not feasible

  • Based on the extent of the defect

Full Refund

  • Issued only if the order cannot be replaced or corrected

Refunds will not exceed the original order amount paid.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.

  • Any design, setup, or processing fees already incurred may be deducted.

After Production Starts

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


7. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and products.

  • We will coordinate replacement if eligible.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen circumstances


8. Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction

We provide professional design support, mockups, and approval processes before production to ensure accuracy. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully before final production.

Once approved, production begins based on the confirmed design.


9. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
